Yes. Business plans are sold through Stripe's merchant-of-record service, Link. After each payment the invoice is emailed to the address used at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for your country.
No. Personal passes are for the person who buys and uses them. When a company pays for or reimburses MapToNap, or staff use it on company projects, a Business plan is required. Freelancers paying for themselves can keep using personal passes.
After checkout you receive a private management link and one code per seat. Name each seat, email the code to the colleague, and replace a code when someone leaves: the old code stops working at once.
Yes. Every seat saves to one shared team library, so a colleague can open a site where you left it. Each shared project keeps its last 10 saves, with who saved it, and any earlier version can be opened again.
Yes. On the management page you add your firm name, logo, a house accent and a palette. The name and logo replace MapToNap in the credit line of every drawing your seats make; the map-data credits stay, as the data licences require.
Yes. Studio runs up to 3 sites in one batch and Office up to 10. Paste the addresses or coordinates, and MapToNap draws the analyses you selected for each site and saves each one as a project in the team library.
With Office, yes. Make a read-only link from the drawings on screen; the client opens it in a browser and sees the drawings with your firm's name, without editing or downloading the source. Links stay open for 7, 30 or 90 days, and you can stop any of them from the app or from your management page.
Each seat is one person and works on up to two of that person's devices, for example a laptop and a studio PC.
Yes, any time, from the link in your receipt email. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Each seat has the same fair-use limits as a personal Max licence: up to 40 generations per day, reset at midnight UTC.
